Feb 01, 2014 - Mar 01, 2014
As part of American Heart Month this February, let's get up and get active. Physical activity lowers blood pressure and cholesterol and helps maintain a healthy weight, all of which will make you heart-healthier. While 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week is a good goal to shoot for, it's OK to start with a less frequent and shorter regimen and gradually build your way up. After all, the most important thing is to start.
To take this challenge, try to get some exercise daily and make at least 10 entries this month in your CardioSmart activity tracker. Click on the "Take the Challenge" button on the top right to get started!
