Content Requests

Thank you for your interest in using CardioSmart content. If you intend to use unmodified CardioSmart content for the following purposes, prior approval is not required:

• Printing materials from our website to display in your hospital or medical practice.
• Printing materials from our website to share with patients during health visits.
• Sharing or using materials from our website for school projects that are not part of health research being submitted for publication.

If you intend to use CardioSmart content for any other purpose or intend to modify the content (this includes translations), please complete the Content Use Request Form and submit it to astephen@acc.org.
